when doing multiple actions (starting/stopping/rebooting) instances, user selects mutliple instances, then selects action and then confirmation dialog is displayed.
Currently nothing is selected in confirmation dialog

Expected: everything is pre-selected in confirmation dialog (since user meant the selection seriously)
