Thanks for working on this Ben.

I have merged your guide in with the JBoss Web Services User Guide that is already in existence. I will leave your book in the svn for the moment as a back up, but if you are going to make changes please update the files integrated with the JBoss Web Services User Guide, in the Web Services Tools repo section.
