Andre Dietisheim commented on JBIDE-7554:
-----------------------------------------
i implemented backgroud refresh jobs for all 3 types of refresh:
- images
- instances
- cloud
I had to made them pop up a progress dialog which 'prevents' users from interacting on clouds that are currently refreshing (start instances while refreshing etc.). I guess we need a proper handling in the cloud tree, too, where the instances and images get blanked when a refresh is being processed.

> When I hit refresh or press F5 I don't know what is happening (if something is happening). The only moment I am able to recognize, that refresh finished is when CloudView reloads its content. Would it be difficult to implement refresh operation as eclipse (background) job?
