The reason for this is that the password for the cloud connections is stored in the secure preferences with a key that only holds the url (not the connection name). Urls dont have to be unique, only cloud names have to be unique. When the password for the 2nd connection is stored, it overwrites the password for the first connection. We need to store passwords with the name of the connection and not its url, since the url is not required to be unique.
