neweditor plugin has bee moved to common and renamed. Now it's called https://svn.jboss.org/repos/jbosstools/trunk/common/plugins/org.jboss.tools.common.ui.sidebyside. Issue https://jira.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-6083 has been reopened to add sidebyside plugin to build.
