I can confirm that Ctrl-A works wrong on Windows XP:
1. It works not always, especially if I press this shortcut quickly.
2. It works in an unusual for Windows way: the text is selected after the buttons are released (on keyup event). While the conventional way is to select the text after the buttons are pressed (on keydown event).
