Prelim landing page to explain the 4 sites.

I tried to combine the target-platform and core features into a single site but it kept crashing my Eclipse instance, so I'm thinking we're better off keeping them separate for now, until we can do more perf tuning/testing.

Still need descriptions, but now you can test the sites and see what text to change.
