Site that contains everything required to update or materialize JBDS using Director App is available from download page of new PDE Build  here http://reports.qa.atl.jboss.com/binaries/RHDS/builds/staging/devstudio-product-nightly-4.0.0.Beta2/builds/nightly/trunk/latestBuild.html. Haven't check last build, but it was successful.
