It appears that the issue has to do with the default package name for the generated service code. By default, the package name is an empty string. So when you create a second service, it tries to create another set of service classes in that default package and finds the old ones there, which throws the exception.

If you change the package name for the second one (or first one really, just as long as they each exist in a separate package), it seems to work fine.
