It actually seems if this is working as designed. The code specifically forbids the "run on server wizard" from removing items. This field is intentionally disabled. In the add/remove server wizard, the buttons work as designed. In the "run on server" wizard, the remove seems to be disabled intentionally. It of course makes no sense that 'remove all' is still functional while blocking out the 'remove'.

This is an upstream bug and will be handled as such.
