SWTBot test was updated.

In order to avoid mismatching in the resources SWTBot tests should be run on a clean workspace.
testExternalizingTheSameTextAgain() should be called right after testExternalizeStringsDialog() as it is defined in the test case. Then "User_1" should present in the property key field. 

I've just run ExternalizeStringsDialogTest -- all the tests have passed.
