STEPS TO REPRODUCE (see issue-demo.swf):
1. Open file calendar.xhtml in VPE.
2. Click on the calendar icon next to the input field.
3. Try to DnD calendar using the DnD icon.
ACTUAL RESULT:
DnD icon disappears, DnD session does not start.
EXPECTED RESULT:
DnD session begins.
