The dialog's behavior when several tags are selected at the one time has been corrected.

I found a new case: when the part of the tag was selected along with the tag name, for instance, the selection is "<h:inputText val", then the dialog will suggest to externalize that string. It seems a bit ridiculous. Thus I can add some logic to check such a situation.
