The "Project Explorer" view of a JSF project also displays the "Web Projects" view tree of the project.

Web Project's tree is nested into the Project Explorer's one. If you delete the "intruder" subtree, the whole project is deleted!

The issue is present in all perspective, but the Web Development perspective.
