Steps to reproduce:

1. Create JSF KickStart project.
2. Add attached files to WebContent pages directory
3. Open inputUserName JSP select <h:outputText> node and open CSS Selector Choosu (Properties View > styleClass attribute > button with label "...")
Dialog has no stylesheeit class nodes in treeview..

It's working on JBDS: BDS 4..0.0.0 M2.
