Naming of Deltacloud in JBT and JBDS should be "Deltacloud" instead of "Delta Cloud"

Deltacloud is referred to as "Deltacloud" everywhere except within the JBT interface. 

The JBT component is called "deltacloud" and the Deltacloud API has a home at: deltacloud.org where it is only referred to as "deltacloud".

Calling it "Delta Cloud" in our interface is inconsistent with the correct naming of the API and the naming of our component.

To correct this issue all occurrences of "Delta Cloud" in the JBT interface should be renamed to "Deltacloud"
