You can change a Seam Maven version on the JBoss M2 Capabilities page when creating a project.
After creating the project, you can change the version of some Maven artifact in the pom.xml of a parent project.
Versions of different artifacts (Hibernate, Richfaces...) are coming from the Seam distribution.
