Andre Dietisheim commented on JBIDE-7184:
-----------------------------------------

wouldn't it be consequent and logical to also ban all selection related actions from the local view menu? All actions that we currently have a related to a selected item. In cosequence there wouldn't be any actions left and no need for a local view menu for the moment.

> Normally refresh is called by right clicking on an artifact (e.g. a folder) and choosing refresh, not from the drop down menu on the top right of the panel.
> It's very counterintuitive having it up there, it should be available on all folders views (and I would argue not in that menu at all)
