Extra validation test in progress:

a) remove ~/.m2
b) remove ~/tru/build/target-platform/REPO (downloaded repo)
c) remove ~/tru/build/target-platform/eclipse (installed base)
d) purge temp bootstrap files in /tmp (eg., for svnant, ant-contrib, and maven3)
e) cd ~/tru/build/target-platform/; ant test.local.target.platform.repo (which uses `mvn3 clean install -B -U -fae -e -P helios-local-target,!helios -Dmaven.test.skip -Dtarget.platorm.URL=file:/${repoDir}`

f) repeat above process, but using `ant test.local.target.platform.installed.base`, which uses `mvn3 clean install -B -U -fae -e -Dmaven.test.skip -Dtycho.targetPlatform=${WORKINGDIR}/eclipse`
