I have fixed JRE Runtime environment.
The problem with deployment is related to JBIDE-6696 and JBSEAM-4474. I have replaced the existing Seam libraries with the libraries from Seam 2.2.1.CR2.
Now the application can be deployed to EAP 5.0 (from JBDS 3.0.1) and EAP 5.1 (from JBDS-4.0.0.Beta1).
