Andre Dietisheim commented on JBIDE-7184:
-----------------------------------------

the context menu yes, of course. I do not intend to change anything in there. A view has a local menu (the one you get if you click on the little arrow on the top, in the right corner). This is the UI element I'd like to drop since we only have selection related actions. The local menu is intended to hold actions that are not selection related IMHO. As we have no such actions, we'd better drop it, no?

> Normally refresh is called by right clicking on an artifact (e.g. a folder) and choosing refresh, not from the drop down menu on the top right of the panel.
> It's very counterintuitive having it up there, it should be available on all folders views (and I would argue not in that menu at all)
