Agreed that the "Report problem" is a misnomer - we should as a minimum fix this so it explains what it does.

Here are the issues I found:

1) Wizard has no description, should be something like:
"This wizard takes the description and info below and in addition collects various logs from eclipse and create a zipped file which can be attached to issues or emails when reporting problems."

2) The wizard does not tell that the user has to fill out description - should be validated like any other field we have in wizards.

3) When pressing Ok nothing seem to happen - we should at least show a dialog stating something like:
"Logs and your entered information have been gathered and stored at: [filename], now attach this to your issue or email discussing the problem."
Note: it should be possibly copy that file name by selecting and copying it or have a "copy path to clipboard" button.
