Having problems using latest maintenance build of Eclipse (p2.director install fails due to conflicting feature requirements), but have managed to build JBT in its entirety using helios-local-target and helios-remote-target, so at least that part's working.

* document 5 use cases:
  * using local TargetPlatform repo locally with Hudson [1]
  * using local TargetPlatform repo locally (override required to parent/pom.xml ?) [1]
  * using remote TargetPlatform repo (http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/target-platform/latest/) [1]
  * using Eclipse+Deltapack+TargetPlatform in Hudson [FAILS TO INSTALL so far]
  * using Eclipse+Deltapack+TargetPlatform locally [1]
