That would be my guess as well.  My thoughts are to wait on this issue.  I heard talk of the server possibly handling this upstream from us so I didn't want to duplicate the effort plus it would be much cleaner there as it is a bit of a hack to fix this on our side just for EC2 clouds and to keep track of it across Eclipse sessions.  If it doesn't get fixed by final, we can set something up.
