Happens to me all the time and I'm never sure why.It seems the stack trace here is related to shutting down eclipse, trying to stop the debug plugin, aka shut down eclipse. However it seems the shutdown of the plugin tries to shutdown / terminate all other processes that are running, and so it probably is related to the shutdown server bug you're seeing.

Either way, I've seen it dozens of times but the process always seems to terminate afterwards so I'm always confused by it. Doesn't look like terminate fails to me. I'll keep my eye on it but I've never seen any tangible symptoms from this so for now it's just a curiousity.
