Koen, I don't think something is missing,  process is just not deployed. If you're asking how to verify deployed process archive in SOA-P, you can just open the browser with running SOA-P-p platform (typically localhost:8080), switch to jBPM Console and you should see deployed process there and that is not currently happening. Can you see deployed process in jBPM Console?
