-----------------------------------------------------------------

In order to be runnable on the app server, the project that the GWT Integration plugin creates should have the gwt-servlet.jar copied to WEB-INF/lib.

See http://code.google.com/p/google-web-toolkit-doc-1-5/wiki/DevGuideRPCDeployment:

<snip>
Add the GWT servlet library : Copy the gwt-servlet.jar from the GWT distribution to the /WEB-INF/lib folder. You should not put any of the other jar files from the GWT distribution in this folder.
</snip>
