I will change version of this issue to 3.3.x since release of 3.2.Beta is soon. 
However, if ESB runtime team would come up with some useful validation rules for a start, they can be added as subtasks to this issue to be implemented for 3.2.Beta.
Validation is a very important and efficient part of tools so it would be nice to start as early as possible.
