New Decorator wizard inherits that behavior of New Class wizard. Actually, one can select only annotation types that are stored in history, probably it is a bug of New Class wizard that it does not filter annotations out of history. By the way, it is a riddle for me how annotation types get to the selector history, because it is impossible to choose new one (in that the wizard behaves correctly).
