The plan is that the JBoss.org flavour will be discontinued because it tastes exactly like the Eclipse.org flavour ;)

Seriously, we would like to push the entire BPEL editor plugin and deployment editor/model back upstream. The hope is that enough people in the community will take an interest in it and contribute to that project instead of JBoss having to devote a bunch of development resources to our own flavour.

Currently the two versions are nearly identical with the exception of the deployment framework, but Rob and Grid are working on that as we speak...
