So, the problem does not seem to be in installer. I've attached screenshot of 'Run as' dialog' (which I've automaticly clicked OK before). When the checkbox 'Protect my computer ...' is checked (by default it is) H467 fails with access denied, H468 does not even start. So the solution is to uncheck it. Why do the microsoft guys doing this?
