The current implementation recognizes eclipse identities correctly. It reports different eclipse instances as being different and requests by the same eclipse instance as being from the a 'returning user'. 
We currently do only report eclipse installations, trigger requests when eclipse starts up. It behaves correctly for what we need for now. We currently dont need to be able to recognize and track sessions (which we would have to if we would track things like individual wizard calls etc.). I therefore postpone the fixed version to v4.
