RSE Deployment does not work with compressed archives.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Create Dynamic web project
2) Define a remote server
3) Open server's Deployment settings and check "Deploy projects as compressed archives"
4) Save server settings
5) Try do deploy web project to that server
