On the left, /home/nboldt/jbdevstudio-3.0.1.v201006010437R-H98-GA-eap/jboss-eap.
On the right, /home/nboldt/jbdevstudio-3.0.2.v201009161622R-H138-GA-eap/jboss-eap.

Both installed from the specified version of the linux gtk installer including EAP. 

The view is filtered to only show differences for these files: jboss-seam.jar, jbossweb.jar, jasper-jdt.jar, jsp-api.jar, el-api.jar, servlet-api.jar

As you can see, the required files have been changed and show a different timestamp and file size.
