jboss-seam.jar has to be replaced in relevant Seam Project Examples. It's up to the example author to decide which project uses wrong jboss-seam.jar version. Project examples are not part of JBDS installation. They can be installed via menu Help > Project Examples > Seam .... And they are stored in SVN I think.
