The Create BPEL Process Wizard says it will create a WSDL for the process service. But when it completes, there is not WSDL file for the process service, Once you create Partner Links, and ...Artifacts files will be created, but this is not the same thing. Not sure what else to say. Create a new process and you should be able to see what I mean.
