Denis, can you override a org.guvnor.tools preference value in JBDS installer? the preference key is "guvnor_loc_template" in the plugin org.guvnor.tools, and the default value for JBDS should be "http\://localhost\:8080/jboss-brms/org.drools.guvnor.Guvnor/webdav".
