I guess you experienced this with an older GWT Facet version. In the meantime I corrected the requirements and I now cannot build Dynamic Web Projects with GWT + Web Module 2.4. This sounds correct to me as GWT requires JDK5.

Can you please check if you still experience this with the latest version?
