1. Create JSF Kick start project with JSPs.
2. Rename the properties of User managed bean there.
3. Rebuild the project.

If you open any JSP in JSP Editor then SSE model will be created by the editor and incremental validation will work. But if you validate any JSP which in not opened in JSP editor then it doesn't work.
