This error occurs when you try to add this file to the esbcontent folder.  It will not occur, if you create the smooks file using the wizard in the ESB Project root folder.  Instead of displaying this error, it should either print a meaningful reason for why the esbcontent folder is the incorrect place or it should allow this operation.
