you should add all jars to classpath, i.e. all jars which is necessary for Hibernate using project...
by the error I see you have no hibernate3.jar in you classpath - you should add it also,
the list of jars could be rather big and this is not last "java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError" which you get,
but now this should not be a surprise for you...
