A new SEAM project pedigree is created. Notice the package names in the SEAM profile options. Notice, that once the project is created, there's no package for my.pedigreeweb.entity (uploaded screenshots).

Also notice that the JEE reference is wrong - it's set to 1.5 instead of 1.6.
