No idea what happened here, but,  
 1) Create server (any type)
 2) open server editor
 3) Go to second page (deployment)
 4) Note that the 'zip deployments' is disabled

This bug is not visible in 3.2.0.final, and only seems visible in trunk (?!). Strange indeed.
