"This does not replace the older functionality.  Users can still do it the old way. " - through applying Java Mapping manually.

A user may wish to do Java Mapping manually when:
"I'd suspect they wouldn't need to in the current editor.  If we extended the editor to include functionality like splitting and routing, then it might make sense. "
