Standalone Mylyn is not available from http://devstudio.jboss.com/updates/4.0/staging/extras, it's there but the only way to install it is to install EGit Mylyn integration and that, I assume, is not expected. Expected state is to be able to install Mylyn only, I believe.

Feel free to reassign this issue back to me as soon as standalone installation of Mylyn is possible.
