Yes the org.scribble.protocol.feature is now obsolete - because the scribble OSGi bundles are obtained from maven instead of an update site associated with that feature.

In terms of the last three features (bpmn2 and graphiti related), these are only being distributed with savara's own update site until the BPMN2 editor is separately integrated into JBossTools (i.e. not via savara) - which I believe you are working with Bob Brodt to achieve?
