If you're asking "can I delete the empty folder(s) left over from the move?" the answer is YES.

Any empty folders in ~/trunk/product/features/* or ~/trunk/product/plugins/* which were refactored into ~/trunk/extras/*/ can be purged. 

This is caused by git-svn leaving empty folders after a move.
