This change seems to be successful based on the current contents of the site here: http://www.qa.jboss.com/binaries/RHDS/builds/staging/devstudio-4.1_stable_branch.updatesite/extras/

Once the final release switch is flipped, the staging extras site contents will appear on the main extras site that is pre-set as part of the installer: https://devstudio.jboss.com/updates/4.0/extras/
