Vlado, I've updated the guide so that there is an "Important" callout at the point in Chapter 5 that a user first goes to drag and drop from the toolbox. I think this is a good solution as it still allows a user to use the visual view (and shows how this is done) but also mentions that if there is any issue with this, it can also be done with the source view - including the drag and drop. 

Let me know if you feel this is adequite as well.
