EXECUTE: Create two CDI projects: project A and project B. Project A should be added into project B classpath as a dependency.
EXECUTE: Close the eclipse. Re-open it.
EXECUTE: Change anything in project A to trigger its builders.
FAILURE: The following error is thrown in Eclipse log: "Trying to validate P/CDITest2 but CDI Tools model for the project is not built."
